The sap flow Analyzer, an R-shiny application to support the HFD method’s data visualization and sap flow estimation was officially released and published in August 2024. We hope it provides support to researchers and practitioners using the HFD method to monitor tree sap flow and water use. You can access the app through the SFA GitHub repository
