SFA (The Sap Flow Analyzer)

An R-shiny application to process and visualise sap flow data derived from HFD (heat field deformation) sensors. It facilitates data cleaning and filtering,  it estimates k-value and calculates sap flow density per section, sap flow rates and tree water use. The SFA tracks your actions protocol (i.e., wood properties, sensor positioning and selected method to estimate k-values) allowing reproducibility and increased method transparency.
